On the Move by Linda Briesacher

This is beautiful black mare CC.  CC was one of the mares in the front pasture at Hickory Manor Farms where I recently stayed.  She is very kind and friendly.  She is an "Alpha" in that group of mares.  On this beautiful morning she was on her way from one end of the pasture to the other and she just glistened in the morning sun.  The background of this piece is pure imagination.  I wanted to offset her beautiful black coat with bright colors and thick paint.
