MASTER COPY "Patrick" After Alfred Munnings by Linda Briesacher

This painting is part of my "After the Masters" series painted for the American Academy of Art Spring Online show (https://www.aaea.info/viewcollection/159426). This was a painting Munnings did called "A Bay Horse Called Patrick".  As with the last Munnings in this series, I was really enchanted with his use of light and color.  I also love how he keeps his backgrounds in these paintings so loose.  Just suggestions.  Of course it didn't hurt that Patrick was a simply beautiful boy!!
