This is Cole Brings Plenty.  I found him to have a gentleness and a spirituality that I just had to paint.  On this day the weather was awful, cloudy and raining buckets.  But the light inside was soft, diffused, and perfect for trying to capture what I wanted in this portrait.  Special thanks to American Frontier Productions for providing such a great opportunity for reference material, and to Cole Brings Plenty for being such a great model.
